At first, the thought of purchasing (and later selling) a property in California was rather daunting. We met with some Realtors and we were still questioning our move to the San Francisco Area. Moving into the Bay Area was tough enough, let alone trying to buy a home in what is considered the most difficult housing market in the country.
And then we met Cid. Cid's knowledge of the housing market was very extensive. From the schools to historical property values, Cid was an asset that we felt very fortnate to have working for us. Her greatest strength is that she listened, not only to our needs, but also read our non-verbal reactions very accurately. From this she was able to find us our home. Of all the properties we looked at, Cid was able to identify what was right for us, and what we needed to do to get the property (within reason) in the competitive offer environment. From there, Cid's expert negotiating skills helped us feel comfortable and secure in our purchase decision, and we were able to move out from Chicago knowing that all areas of concern were addressed.
When we closed on our house, our relationship with Cid did not end. Her follow through has set the standard for which no other Realtor has come close to achieving.
When it came time to relocate, Cid helped us sell our house in the quickest amount of time. My job in Philadelphia started just as the house was listed, which left Melissa at home alone, pregnant with our first child. Cid went the extra mile assisting with things during this difficult time of separation. Her level of commitment was unparalelled and we felt secure in knowing that we had the best person in California working with us.
We would highly recommend Cid to anyone considering purchasing or selling real estate in the Bay Area. Our only wish was that Cid could have worked with us to find our new home in Philadelphia, as our new Realtor here pales in comparison.

Due to a relocation out of the Bay Area, our company was making arrangements for us to meet with a couple of diffewrent agents to discuss the sale of our Pacifica home.Even before she knew that we were going to choose her as our agent, Cid was hard at work. Cid began to get information together on other listings in the area, and she arranged the required pest inspections. She even met the inspector and let him in when it was inconvenient to do so. We were prepared to do cosmetic fix ups, such as paint & carpeting etc, however the reports confirmed that there was much more work to be done than expected due to structural damage revealed when we pulled up the old carpets. Cid discussed several different strategies with us and we elected to sell it "AS IS", rather than make the time-consuming and expensive repairs. She was very optimistic regarding the sale of our house, even 'though we were disappointed that we were not fixing it up and showing it at it's best. Cid was extremely professional and ethical in disclosing the condition of the house to other agents and potential buyersa, and she even had copies of the reports to hand out to interested agents and buyers. We were absoultely thrilled when we reviewed the offers. We were once first time buyers when we bought our home several years ago, and our last agent failed in comparison,never going over reports or information to make sure that we understood previous inspections that were done. We would highly recommend Cid to anyone that is looking to purchase or sell in the Bay Area, and will keep her in mind in case family members or friends have any Real estate needs!
